CrossFit Saol Information

Over the years since, CrossFit has provided me with a level of fitness suitable to hike and climb mountains, complete a marathon, complete a century, play and learn new sports, and, most importantly, encourage others to take control of their own health and well-being so that they can accomplish whatever goals they have. Throughout my years of being around the CF community, I have witnessed truly remarkable accomplishments: Individuals battling back from cancer and being in better shape than they were before; mothers who were able to regress the symptoms related to MS; people running their first mile, 5K, or other race that they thought was an unattainable goal; families finding a new way to spend time together; individuals losing tremendous amounts of weight the healthy way and reversing their pattern of disease; individuals coming off of life-long medications; and people of all ages constantly finding new limits to their fitness and abilities. So, I CrossFit because it has provided me with the centerpiece of a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle with my wife and our growing family. I believe an informed and focused approach to nutrition and fitness, with the constant support of a community who is just as interested in your well being as their own, is integral to leading a long and happy life. And that's what I have experienced in the years since finding CF and what I want to share with the community of CFS.
