CrossFit North Peoria Information

CrossFit North Peoria is once again offering it's summer Teen Program. This 6 week program is targeted at high school aged teenagers entering their freshman year or beyond. The goal of the program is to help teens develop proper form/technique on a variety of movements including weight lifting and different skills. We will also build and develop upon a strength base while working in a variety of conditioning methods as well. Participants will be provided 3 training sessions per week for a total of 18 sessions over the course of the program. The time of day is flexible depending on other Teen Program participants and those that complete the full 6 weeks will have the opportunity to continue on with their training after the conclusion of the program. Sport specific training and custom programming is available upon request.
