Crossfit Dewitt Information

CrossFit is a nationally recognized and accredited strength & conditioning program of which CrossFit Dewitt is a proud affiliate of here in Central New York. In 2008, we became one of the first CrossFit gyms in the area. We use CrossFit's methodologies, principles, and direction on nutrition in order to help everyday people and elite athletes reach their health and fitness goals. We are the longest running CrossFit Box and have the longest active CrossFit coach in all of Central New York. Not all CrossFit gyms are the same. We strive to excel in important aspects of what makes a Box special - understanding, programming, nutrition, and community. We train exclusively CrossFit and implement its principles down to the very core. Our coaches, at minimum, hold the CrossFit Level 1 Trainers Certification.
