At CrossFit de l'ouest, we offer premium coaching for clients that are passionate about their fitness goals and eager to learn. If you are looking for a gym with a sauna, elliptical machines with televisions, and a towel service, we think you will be happier if you look elsewhere (and it will be cheaper too). Our services are designed to offer you a personalized experience with an emphasis on quality training and a strong community aspect. The number of people that we can accommodate while maintaining this level of service is limited, we therefore expect a certain level of commitment from our clients. We recommend that our clients commit to training three times weekly in order to progress towards and attain their goals in a timely fashion.
