CrossFit Bourne is Southern Massachusetts’ and Cape Cod’s premiere strength and conditioning facility. We are located at 3 Colonel Dr, Bourne, MA in a 2,300 square foot warehouse gym. Our goal is to forge and nurture a fitness community; a community that is made up of individuals bound together by their common pursuit of a healthier and better life. We are 100% CrossFit, which means egos and bad attitudes need not apply. We at CrossFit Bourne hold ourselves to a dramatically higher standard; one that is unparalleled by any do-it-yourself gym in Cape Cod or southern MA. You cannot fake or imitate the CrossFit experience, our results are real and measurable; our community is worldwide and built through the shared experiences of hard work, sweat, commitment and the willingness to never settle for average.
