CrossFit Ballina Information

We are the only registered CrossFit affiliate in Ballina and we have the regions most knowledgeable, experienced and certified coaches. Our focus is 100% on all things CrossFit. We offer group and individual coaching utilizing the CrossFit methodology. Our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from children, to elite athletes, to the elderly and everything in between. Our CrossFit classes are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. CrossFit Ballina is located at 14 Endeavour Cl. Ballina in a 400 square meter warehouse gym. The building is equipped with showers, accessible toilets and a designated kid's area.
