We are a partnership of current CrossFitters that believe in the methodologies because we have experienced the results for ourselves and continue to see other members achieve higher levels of fitness. The partnership consists of three families with a unified vision of owning and operating an affiliate that gives back to the community and improves the lives of our neighbors. We want to change people's lives through the best fitness program available. While we each came from varying backgrounds, some as college athletes and others as stay at home moms, at some point we all found ourselves searching for a total fitness program that actually worked and made us more capable on a daily basis. What we found was more than a fitness program; we found friendships, a community, and a lifestyle that pushed us to be better. We know that CrossFit is the best program out there and we will ensure any person that walks into our gym knows it and has the opportunity to experience success.
