Cross Works (XW) is a design & technology firm built on a foundation of cross-disciplinary experience gained across decades of work in practice from our Founder and our collective. The team is made up of professionals and unique specialists who have come together to provide efficient, client-focussed solutions to real world problems. As architects, urban designers, city planners, GIS specialists, technologists and software engineers, we’re currently active on a number of large-scale projects, from national and city-scale masterplans through to 1m+ sq/ft mixed-use architectural developments; as well as developing software and devising technology solutions for our clients and collaborators. The firm's genesis was based on the idea that a cross-disciplinary approach provides the most effective roadmap to the most effective and future-proofed solutions.
