Cross-Sec is a UAE-based cyber security and technology consultancy that connects world-class UK offensive security expertise with the national capability ambitions of the GCC. Nations across the Gulf are investing in cyber sovereignty the ability to defend critical infrastructure, develop indigenous talent, and reduce reliance on foreign capability. We exist to accelerate that journey. Drawing on UK military and offensive security pedigree, we work alongside governments, defence bodies, and critical institutions to build capability that lasts long after any single engagement ends. Our work spans four pillars: strategic consultancy on offensive capability and cyber governance; applied research into emerging threats and AI security; elite, hands-on training that develops operators to international standard; and capacity building that transfers knowledge, embeds methodology, and leaves sovereign capability in place. We partner selectively with clients across the GCC organisations that share our goal of reducing the risk and severity of cyber security threats across the region. These are partnerships, not transactions: we don't parachute in, deliver a report, and leave. We build with our partners, for the long term.
