Cross Fields, founded in 2011, is a non-profit organization based in Tokyo with the vision to create “a world where social issues continue to get solved." We serve as a "bridge" for Japanese corporations and NGOs/social enterprises across the world. Since our founding, we have delivered the “Corporate Volunteering Program,” where Japanese corporate employees are sent to NGOs/social enterprises to contribute to solving social issues with their professional skills and expertise. Through programs like these, we have built partnerships with more than 50 Japanese corporations and about 200 NGOs/social enterprises mainly across Asia.
