Cross Deck Information

For nearly 5 years, Cross Deck has worked alongside the Armed Forces Community and civilian employers and training providers to offer an efficient and reliable service to Forces Leavers, Veterans and their families. Today, Cross Deck call’s upon our experiences and a vast network of organisations actively looking to engage with the Armed Forces Community to bring our users a comprehensive military resettlement tool, which provides opportunities in employment, training and business. Cross Deck are also interactive. We believe there to be no substitution for communicating face-to-face with potential employers and training providers, or receiving sound advice in business first hand. That’s why we’ve launched a national series of Careers and Training Events. “Step Into Civvy Street” events give Forces Leavers the chance to meet the people from organisations that can help them advance their second careers, to hear other people’s stories and gain some insider knowledge through seminars and workshops.
