Ltd has three major strands to its business: Advanced CTP solutions for both UV, thermal and flexo plate exposure Precision offset plates for UV and thermal exposure sold under the Blackwood brand. These are suitable for all ink types including UV. Integrated prepress peripherals – workflow software, autoloaders, bridges, processors, punch systems, delivery conveyors and color measurement ancillaries - which not only streamline the platemaking process but also provide measurement and control of the final printed products These three product groups are supported by a growing worldwide infrastructure with centers of excellence in China, Malaysia, Germany and USA, via a joint venture with ECRM. Each hub manages a network of specialist dealers to ensure first class, local delivery, support and training across the entire globe. With a product philosophy that combines the latest technologies with ‘out of the box’ creative design, CRON products deliver high value at a very competitive capital outlay. For this reason, for example, there are already over 3000 Computer-to-plate installations in the world serving a wide range of printers including commercial, heatset, VLF, packaging, labels, newspapers and print shops.
