At Croix Valley Composites (CVC), we manufacturer Premium Cutting Boards. We specialize in Custom and Specialty Serving and Cutting Boards. We also offer Private Label options and a Dealer/Reseller program for the CVC Board line of products. Some of our customers include home and commercial chefs, restaurants, bar & grills, wineries and gift industries just to name a few. Croix Valley Composites is a division of Sunway Inc. located in the west central Wisconsin town of Centuria. Sunway Inc. has been in the manufacturing industry since 1990. CVC cutting boards are crafted from an eco-friendly material called "Stonewood," which is a paper based wood composite material. We have partnered with Fiberesin Industries to use their "Stonewood" paper phenolic, an NSF certified material, in the manufacturing of our cutting boards in order to offer a superior cutting board at a moderate price.
