Croft Technology is a national maintenance company providing break fix services to customers throughout the UK. Our award winning services are totally flexible offering customers a choice of response and fix times with coverage up to 24/7/365. Our team of highly skilled mobile engineers are based strategically throughout the UK to ensure a rapid response to site. We can also provide dedicated account engineers, based on your premises, for permanent or short term contracts. All service calls are controlled from our National Operations Centre (NOC) based in Newcastle upon Tyne. This means one phone call and one point of contact for all service requests providing peace of mind and minimum disruption to your business. Once a call is received into our NOC, the details are relayed directly to the engineers PDA using the latest 3G technology. The engineer also has access to previous call histories and spare part inventories, to ensure that remedial action is both relevant and effective.
