No. Fully Charged? Yes. The firm, started in 1995 by Lucy Eidam Crocker, was originally LucyCo Communications. Lucy added Scot Crocker as a partner in 2011 and changed the name to Crocker & Crocker. Scot formerly owned the ad agency Crocker/Flanagan.
