Critiware is a start-up that provides products and services to support the design, V&V, and maintenance of software in critical systems. Examples are naval and avionic transportation systems, critical infrastructures, automotive systems, where software is highly-critical component that requires special processes, methodologies and skills to achieve stringent dependability requirements. Critiware aims to fulfill this need by exploiting the experience of its members in years of industrial research projects. Critiware proposes highly-innovative solutions for the development of critical software systems, including: * effecT!: a tool for supporting the V&V process from planning and testing resource allocation to in-process measurements and analysis. This solution allows to schedule V&V activities on the basis of specific product features for achieving software reliability goals within time and budget constraints. * SAFE: a fault injection solution for the assessment and the improvement of robustness and fault-tolerance, as recommended safety standards, such as ISO 26262, DO-178B, and IEC 61508. * LogBus: real-time collection, filtering and analysis of massive amounts of software-related events, to support the run-time diagnosis of software failures, and to gain insights on the causes and potential consequences of incidents.
