Crimson River Quartet Information

The Crimson River Quartet is a professional and entertaining quartet ministry founded in 1992. CRQ's members represent decades of gospel music experience. This group is dedicated to providing quality gospel music presentations throughout the United States. The quartet performs each year for churches and organizations from a wide spectrum of denominational and non-denominational associations. RICK MOORE is the group's Manager and Bass Singer. Rick has been involved in the quartet business for 40 years, including 17 years with the popular Watchmen Quartet. Rick left that group in 1990, and spent a year and a half concentrating on family and business before helping to organize The Crimson River Quartet. Rick runs Crimson River Productions, attends South Shores Church in Dana Point, CA, and is married with two children. GREG BRANDT was an original member of the group in 1992 and sang baritone through the end of 1997. He rejoined the group in March of 2000, and is one of the finest baritone singers on the West Coast. Greg sang for 9 years with The Watchmen prior to joining The Crimson River Quartet. Greg is married with two daughters, and attends Harvest Christian Center in Riverside, CA. FLORIN POP is the newest member of the group, joining in June, 2014. Florin was born in Romania, emigrated to the US when he was 15, and fell in love with his adopted country and with gospel quartet music. Florin is only the 2nd tenor in the group's history and is doing a great job. Florin is married with two children and attends South Shores Church in Dana Point, CA. ERIC BAESEL sang lead for CRQ from 1997-2001 before moving to TX, but that didn't end his relationship with the quartet. Since then he's filled in with CRQ many occasions all over the country as needed. He's our ace reliever. Eric is currently filling in dates with CRQ as we search for a new lead.
