The Air Force Junior ROTC (AFJROTC) program is a Citizenship program sponsored by the Air Force at nearly 900 high schools worldwide WITH NO MILITARY COMMITMENT required. While only 5% of all AFJROTC students actually join the military after high school, those who complete at least one year of AFJROTC learn the value of Service To The Community, understand the importance of Personal Responsibility , and develop A Sense of Accomplishment .
