CredentialedCARE (CCC) has created an innovative web services solution for long-term care (LTC) enterprises (LTCE) that improves access to pre-screened, qualified workers, accelerates onboarding of new hires, lowers the cost of recruitment and meets regulatory compliance requirements. CCC's technology will be a comprehensive tool where: ● Certified Nurse Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, Home Health Aides, Personal Care Aides and other types of Direct Care Workers (DCW), can create a free profile account on the CredentialedCARE website where LTCEs can search for candidates for their job openings. DCWs will also be encouraged to request a credentialing and background check that is required of their specific state. These differentiated profiles will attract the attention of LTCEs who will prefer the faster on-boarding and cost reduction benefits these workers will provide. ● LTCEs will pay CCC for access to the database of DCWs. Subscription and usage fees can be mitigated by using the CCC payment system for their contract workers paid by 1099 arrangement.
