Our work is rooted in trauma-informed practices and somatic (body-based) intelligence, nervous system level skills that build resilience and transform how people show up at work. Founded in 2021, Creaturae has been partnering with organizations to move beyond “tick-box” leadership training. Through embodied workshops and somatic coaching, we help teams strengthen resilience, deepen connection, and unlock creativity and innovation. Our Embodied Leadership sessions are not lectures — they are experiences.
