Recruitment & talent development for digital, creative & marketing teams
At Artisan Creative, we recognize that hiring exceptional talent is only the first step; it is the development and retention of that talent that drives sustained organizational success.
Our work is grounded in two core areas of focus to help companies, teams, and people grow:
Recruitment: Placing senior- to junior-level talent across Marketing, Creative, and Digital disciplines.
Retention: Strengthening teams from within through facilitated workshops, leadership off-sites, coaching, and professional development.
As a Woman-Owned Agency with more than 30 years of experience, Artisan Creative specializes in recruitment and team development for digital, creative, and marketing teams throughout the United States.
With deep industry knowledge and a commitment to innovation, we partner with agencies and corporations to match them with the best Design and UI/UX experts, Generative AI specialists, marketing strategists, producers, social media leaders, and creative visionaries.

Having fun ...
TDC Corporation dba The Design Company is a full service print and web design firm founded and still operated by Pat Hayes Kaufman and Joy Yoshikawa. In May 1978, they sat together on Joy's porch and wrote three goals for our new communications firm. The Design Company was determined to ... "have fun, do good work, and make a profit" from day one. The odds, of course, were against the success of a women-owned small business, but over 40 years have passed; thousands of projects have been successfully completed; hundreds of satisfied clients, valued vendors and wonderful friends have been added to our history. You have given us the opportunity to "have fun" because we get to do what we enjoy ... and what we enjoy is "doing good work"!
Doing good ...
But beyond good work, we also love doing good! Designing for profit is great, but designing for a cause gives our work meaning. Lately we have discovered more and more people who share this notion, so we have plans to expand personnel and services to benefit the creative community.
So we’re excited … Watch as The Design Company continues ... moving forward.
