Creative Mental Wellness Information

A mental health non-profit created to develop and manage programs to enable and encourage good mental health for all ages. We aim to educate the public about mental health, in an effort to decrease the stigma surrounding mental illness. In addition, we aim to provide resources and tools people can use to help improve or maintain good mental health and increase their quality of life.
