Creative Kids Studio was founded by Killigrew mum,and professional artist,Laura Marsden. Being a practising textile designer/maker for over 13 years, Laura is experienced in many areas of the field. She has exhibited her innovative textile pieces internationally, and some of her work is held in the Victoria and Albert Museum's permanent Contemporary Collection. Laura has also been designing motifs for her kids interiors label, Lettie Belle for nearly 10 years. Drawing, photography and filling sketch books are all essential parts of her research for any project. Laura has held many craft/art parties for her two daughters, and regularly helps in the classroom at Killigrew school. She is passionate about encouraging creativity in children, and believes it is essential to help them to balance, and enrich their busy lives. Creative Kids Studio is run by Laura, and assistant Susie Popat, a fellow Killigrew mum. All staff are fully insured and DBS checked.
