CREATIVE EVENTS has been serving the Southern California and national markets since 1973 and is one of the largest event management and production companies in the nation. From the simplest to the most elegant, Creative Events prides itself on always putting the needs of our clients first. Included among our services are the creation, development and complete execution of corporate events, such as picnics, luncheons, open houses, grand openings, holiday parties, premier catering, and yacht charters. Creative Events has produced events from a small business meeting to a fair with 1,000,000 attendees. Creative Events combines technical expertise with a designer's vision and a producer's concern for efficiency. We work with clients to develop an overall strategic plan for the successful implementation of the event. This plan includes a detailed schedule of activities and deadlines to insure no critical item shall be either overlooked or needlessly delayed. To insure timely completion of all tasks we follow up and pursue items to be completed with appropriate client contacts, suppliers, entertainers, and vendors. When required we can easily provide either basic or supplementary sales and marketing assistance for scheduled events. Activities in these areas can include mass mailings, promotion and publicity, as well as design and production of collateral materials such as brochures, posters, banners, etc. for use in both the marketing efforts for an event, and/or at the event itself. Pre-Event Services: prior to every event, CREATIVE EVENTS schedules a number of activities to insure the greatest probability of meeting or exceeding all client expectations. Depending upon specific requirements, these activities can include: Review of all venue contracts entered into by the client for services and functions to be held during the event.
