Creative Enterprises Information

Creative Enterprises is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to serving adults with disabilities. Established in 1976. Our mission is to assist adults with disabilities become as independent as possible. Because people have so many interests, we realize that we need to provide a variety of services in order to teach valuable skills. Creative Enterprises has an art program with a primary goal to help budding folk artists supplement their income. Our greenhouse is open to the public and the work is completed by the people we serve with disabilities. The thrift store is also open to the public and people interested in retail work gain work experience here. Our licensed, no-kill cat shelter, open to the public with cats available for adoption, is taken care of by the people we serve and also provides the therapeutic benefit of working with animals. Our workshop provides vocational training. Programs: Job Readiness training, Supported and Customized Employment, Life Activity Education and Day Services, Day Habilitation Program
