Creative Engineering is an established family run business that is now in its 16th year. It has grown around my 30 years experience of manufacturing specialist car parts and building modified performance automobiles. We now specialise in one vehicle only, the Split Bus 1949-1967. With years of experience in the European and American Street Rod business, we are used to building parts to the highest quality. Parts are never manufactured down to a price, but up to a quality. This is something we have found customers all over the world appreciate. We only sell parts that we would use on our own projects or those in our workshop. All our parts are tried and tested and used by many of the top restored or rodded buses in the world. Having built many magazine feature cars and supplied parts for many more, I know how important it is that parts fit and work correctly. Our VW parts are as near to the original part as possible and most sub assemblies will interchange with original. It is worth understanding that we have chosen to remain a small specialist business. We have no partners or investors preferring to stay a small family concern. We have no fork lift truck moving mountains of imported parts. Just about everything we sell we make ourselves in small production runs. We try to keep our regular parts in stock but if we are out of stock we will advise you when the next batch should be along. Think of each part as being hand made for you and you will be close to the truth. We spend many hours a day helping customers on the phone with advise so we do not have time to answer long technical emails. Please keep them short or call us.
