AAC Inc.'s owner and president, William Hatfield, has built homes and town homes for Citation Homes in Evergreen and Almaden. He has experience working as a clean room contractor for PCI including Aluminum wall systems, raising perforated floors, raising solid floors, aluminum wall bezels, aluminum diamond plate raised floors, core wall sheet rock, metal stud framing, confined space training, steel and uni-strut retrofitting. His experience as assistant custom home builder for New Habitat includes homes in Silver Creek, Atherton, Almaden Valley, and Santa Cruz. He has built exceptional 3,000-9,000 square foot homes including framing, joist, stack, layout, from after foundation through final frame. In addition, he has built tract homes for Fieldstone Development with Hondo Construction. His experience includes reading blue prints, lift driver, beams and girders. Lead pick-up man including framing, joist, stack, layout, pick-up, and inspection.
