Architecture from the Inside Out™ Creative Access is a certified MBE/DBE full-service architecture, interior design, and space planning firm, located in Ellicott City, Maryland. We have extensive expertise in healthcare, corporate, hospitality, real estate, education, financial, and LEED projects. The firm specializes in the renovations, rehabs, additions, fit-outs, and adaptive reuse of existing buildings. We provide the wealth of experience that larger firms have, with the personal touch of small firms. Listening to our clients’ needs and how their business may change or grow always comes first; then we design to their budget. Creative Access uses an "inside-out" approach to architecture and design that takes into account a client's business goals, end-user (functional) needs, technical requirements, time frame, and most of all - budget. We believe "how" a building is designed has as much impact on its final form as "why" it is designed.
