Creating Enterprise is 'the social contractor of choice' - an innovative social enterprise which offers employment opportunities in construction and property maintenance to Conwy residents. Our Employment Academy provides paid work, mentoring and training for unemployed Cartrefi Conwy tenants. Our volunteering positions give the opportunity for work experience and new skills. Creating Enterprise is a subsidiary of Cartrefi Conwy. Creu Menter yw’r ‘contractwr cymdeithasol o ddewis’ - menter gymdeithasol arloesol sy’n cynnig cyfleoedd cyflogaeth yn y maes adeiladu a chynnal eiddo i breswylwyr Conwy. Mae ein Academi Gyflogaeth yn darparu gwaith am dâl, mentora a hyfforddiant ar gyfer tenantiaid di-waith Cartrefi Conwy.
