Hello! I am Gertraud Eregger. Mom. Wife. HR guru. Power connector. And professional on the move. I'm equally fierce and compassionate. Originally from Austria, my name means warrior in German, and supporting other warriors is my passion and superpower. For the past decade, I have worked with hundreds of expats as an HR advisor, recruiting talent around the globe to serve within various industries and companies in Europe, Africa, and the Caribbean. My years of experience on the field, while fulfilling, allowed me to understand some of the shortcomings of the global professional landscape. With only 25% of expats on assignment or in international management roles being women, and having experienced living and working abroad myself, I was especially interested in challenging the status quo. This motivated me to apply my expertise beyond the hiring process and become a leadership coach. My goal is to be there for other women on the move, helping them as they navigate their professional transitions and balance work and life. But that’s not all. After years of screening resumes and interviewing candidates, I noticed that women persistently sell themselves short. Compared to men with similar skills and education, women often fail to self-assess their performance and abilities. This has a tremendous impact on job interviews, performance reviews and self-promotion. As an HR professional and coach, I work to increase opportunities for women and help them fight against their number one enemy, themselves. My work as a leadership coach is truly a craft of love. It’s my vocation and not a 9-5 job. Each coaching program is customized and uniquely tailored for my clients. I have worked with female leaders in politics, NGOs, multinational companies and entrepreneurs from all over the world. I take a dozen clients per year and choose to work only with those I believe will benefit from my services. When you work with me, you are seen & heard, you are home.
