Create the Team has two focuses. Our primary focus is finding great people for our clients in the Commercial Buildings Systems and Services industry. Building Automation / Energy Management is our specialty, with additional focus on Fire Alarm and Security. In addition to our search and recruiting business, we also play a matchmaker between our private equity partners and owners/businesses considering exit/sale of their businesses (both Building Automation Contractors and Mechanical Contractors).
