Create & Cast (formerly Flamingo Productions) is run by Producer Director Mike Worsley. We Create content and provide expert Casting services. We work closely with clients to build trusted and collaborative relationships. Whether it’s providing the ideas and development for a project, or covering the entire production process from concept to screen, we approach everything with pride, energy and creative flair. Clients include YD Menswear, MTV, Universal Pictures, Instagram, Woolworths, Fitness First, Nude by Nature, Apple Music, Telstra, Sony Music and ARIA. We work with larger international Production Companies including ZigZag TV (Sydney), The Imagine Group (Singapore), The Connected Set and Appeal TV (London). Create & Cast works with a growing roster of dynamic and experienced industry talent including Directors, Producers, Designers and Performers from across Europe, Asia and Australia who all share a passion and drive to creating innovative and high quality content.
