C.R.E.A.T.E. and Educate Information

For more than five decades, I’ve partnered with educators and school leaders to build instructional systems in which all students can succeed. My work has supported hundreds of schools and districts across 14 states and two continents. I earned my Ph.D. in Teacher Education and Professional Development from Colorado State University. Through my consultancy, C.R.E.A.T.E. + Educate, I collaborate with teachers, administrators, and leadership teams to design professional learning experiences that inspire growth, build confidence, and strengthen instructional practice. My work integrates curriculum, instruction, assessment, and leadership development to promote continuous improvement and lasting change. My areas of focus include instructional coaching, Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), literacy and mathematics instruction, curriculum alignment, and data-informed decision-making. At the center of my work is coaching that supports educators and leaders in planning, reflecting, and acting with purpose. I’m especially honored to have worked with Tribal and Bureau of Indian Education communities for nearly 18 years, serving more than 50 BIE schools. My mission is to nurture leadership, inspire learning, and support schools where both students and professionals thrive.
