Create a Better You® Information

Create a Better You offers 2 programs to Senior Living Communities and Medical Fitness Centers: Create a Better You Senior Wellness System is our exercise program for participants, and Create a Better You Certified is our online education program for staff. Our system is based on clinical research that confirms regular, targeted exercise does prevent falls. Participants are individually assessed every month and offered an exercise program that is tailored to their needs. They are closely monitored for exercise completion, and results can be viewed on the Create a Better You Dashboard in any compilation desired by management. Dashboard technology can be delivered via PC, tablet, or mobile to those chosen by the participant, including loved ones, physicians and therapists. Monthly results can also be exported and compared to facility report statistics to confirm program benefits. Create a Better You Certified provides training for licensed and unlicensed staff who need specific education to work with balance-challenged participants, Through our online Learning Management System, we provide 24 hour access to an accredited set of CE courses for licensed employees focused specifically on participants' balance issues and Parkinson Disease. Staff becomes empowered and invested in the wellness of their participants, ensuring improved employee retention for center directors. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that seniors with balance issues enjoy a higher quality of life when they participate regularly in staff-guided or independent Create a Better You exercises. Families enjoy peace of mind knowing that their loved one is participating in a safe and beneficial exercise program, while under the supervision of an educated and skillful staff. Seniors can maintain their highest level of independence and participate in activities they love.
