Creadomus was founded in 2010 to meet the ever-growing demand for affordable real estate investments. We are a project developer, specialised in the construction AND exploitation of hotels, real estate projects with a rental guarantee and affordable second residences. We open up our projects for individual investors being private investors, patrimony companies, management companies,... We distinguish ourselves by taking on both the construction as the exploitation of the project. This to assure our investors of a complete service and a commitment from our side from start to finish. As a relative young business, we are part of an experienced Belgian real estate group active in the development of investment property. This group has a firm record of successful residential and investment property development.
