CRB Consulting provides professional, technical, management, and business skills to entrepreneurs across the country. In a typical assignment, I take on the role of Acting VP for Software Development. In that role, I architect the desired software solution, assemble a team, and develop the product. In most cases, I also help the client to recruit their own development staff, and train them. At the appropriate time, I transition on-going support and development to the client.
