Crate and Pallet Packaging Company LLC is a privately held corporation established in 2009. We moved into our initial manufacturing facility of 56,000 sq. ft. in Springfield, Illinois in July, 2010. We expanded our operation to a second 80,000 sq. ft. facility in Beardstown in March of 2015, which houses our pallet sort line and material saw line. With the addition of a high-capacity bundle saw, 1,2, and 3 head re-saws, top of the line grinder, double-head notcher and 3 automated pallet machines our through-put for finished goods has doubled with minimal labor cost increases allowing us to maintain our competitive pricing. The production improvements required the addition of "Palmate", an industry specific, state-of-the-art software to manage the expansion of our manufacturing capabilities. Palmate dramatically increases the efficiencies related to managing the diverse client base of Crate and Pallet including the ability to bar code raw materials as well as finished goods. We are now the fastest organically growing pallet/crate company in Illinois. We will continue to make investments in our company to make us the leaders in our market place and industry.
