We are an air travel assistance company providing our clients help with the entire flying experience. Need help finding low fares or better legroom? Trying to find a way to use those miles? Is your flight delayed or canceled and you need to get home? What if the airline won't give you what you're owed? We help with all this. We also provide a pre-flight email with all sorts of information including weather (with potential delays), where your aircraft is coming from (again, with potential delays), and any other pertinent info at layover airports.
