Crane’s primary mission is to build the business of its partners that makes our marketing communication solutions different from the traditional approaches of other agencies. For this reason we do not consider any marketing communication process that we manage planned or finished until we see its obvious relation to sales. Only after we fully understand the entire sales process can we organize the marketing communication mechanisms and tools which drive consumption and keep the customers. Our self-developed communication-based CRM application and our software capable of managing the point-collection-based loyalty programs are of great help in realizing challenging tasks. We created these solutions in a way that the already proved and well-functioning processes can be flexibly tailored to suit individual needs.
