Craigers Information

Think fudge and ice cream and immediately you smile and think happiness and love. Thats what Craigers co-owners Brenda Bloom and Craig Miller think and they have set out to share their vision. From her earliest memories, Brenda remembers her mother making delicious fudge for special occasions while Craig recalls tales of his Great Grandmother making a mysterious chocolate sauce and serving it over ice to delighted friends and family. As teenagers, both Craig and Brenda held their first official jobs employed as soda jerks and ice cream dessert makers at Howard Johnsons and Friendlys Restaurants on the East Coast. When Brenda and Craig met in 2011, they found they had these shared experiences and that they also had two common passions. They loved making great food for friends and family and they loved making people happy. In 2012, the desire to create a business doing something they both loved caused them to launch their company, Craigers, LLC. allowing them to manufacture and bring the finest fresh fudge and ice cream to the South Bay. In 2013 their passions propelled them to refine their artistic gifts. Brenda and Craig enrolled in Chocolatiers workshops in Penn and CA and they graduated from a program at Ice Cream University in New Jersey during a blizzard! These two passions became the main ingredients along with their prized recipes that created Craigers, LLC. By 2016 their fudge making was in full swing, for sale online and in local farmers markets and on May 22, 2017 Craigers Fresh Fudge and Ice Cream officially opened its storefront doors. You can visit us in Redondo Beach at our store located in King Harbor Plaza at 625 N Pacific Coast Highway. Our store hours have changed since Covid-19. We are open from 2-5pm Wednesday thru Saturday. If you cannot make it to the store, you can also find us on Thursdays at Redondo Beach Farmers Market (VeteransPark) 8am-1pm, or on Saturdays @ the Torrance Farmers Market (Wilson Park) 8am-1pm.
