Does it include or does the customer have everything that is required for that item to be ordered (i.e. required support, power supply for APs, & etc.)? 2. Ordering the right SKU or a discontinued SKU? 3. Is the customer receiving the best value available? (i.e. taking advantage of promos or a SKU from same brand that gives them more for their money, & etc.) 4. And more. If we feel you need to be notified of a better value option or an issue with your order, we will contact you right away to discuss it with you.
