It's initial forty percent black shareholding has increased over the years to become a majority shareholding exceeding 51%, and group employees now effectively hold over seventy percent of the total shareholding. This has resulted in a company underpinned by motivated management, that continues to build on its people strengths, as well as its strong relationships with market leaders such as Bromma and Liebherr. In the crane upgrade field it also has well-established relationships with component suppliers, including Siemens, which has qualified CPS Projects as a Siemens System Integrator.
