CPS, Ltd. was established in 1979 in Grand Forks, ND, with the goal of providing quality civil engineering and land surveying services to communities, companies, governmental agencies and individuals throughout North Dakota and northwest Minnesota. Thirty years later, we have earned a reputation of doing just that.
