Campaign to Protect Rural England London is the capital's branch of this national charity. We campaign to protect London's green spaces and promote wellbeing for Londoners. As in the rest of England, we fight for our countryside and open space, and campaign to make towns and cities better places to live for everyone. Our green open spaces are a large part of London's unique charm. Parks, gardens, allotments, nurseries, farms and playing fields are under threat. You cannot rely on the Mayor and your local council to protect our open space - even if they claim to do so. To keep and enhance our unique capital city as a decent place to live and work we need to make our voices heard. We hope you will join us.
