We build metal prep equipment that improves paint prep operations through a single step cleaner, degreaser, phosphate or zirconium wash that preps metal products before paint creating a conversion coating that helps paint stick with longer salt spray test times. The wash water is capture and filtered for reuse creating a closed-loop recycling system eliminating EPA water discharge concerns. This process will reduce water and chemical usage by over 80% over traditional wash and discharge operations.
