We focus on Planning, Governance, and Advisory services to empower community and sporting organizations. We support a variety of clients, including: Clubs & Not-for-Profits: we offer governance support and planning services, including constitutions, bylaws, governance training, strategic planning, facility planning, and funding strategies. We also offer the clubMENTOR program for ongoing support. Councils and Government: we specialize in consultation and planning to maximize public land use and liveability, offering services like concept designs, master plans, business cases, feasibility studies, land management plans, and disaster recovery planning. Partnerships (Peak Sporting Organisations): we empower peak bodies with organisation structure reviews, strategic planning, club support, and board inductions. Universities: we provide student union structure reviews, club officer training, student leader support, and good governance training. Our main goal is to deliver high-functioning facility master plans and strategies, governance advice and training, tailored constitutions and bylaws, business cases, and recreation plans to their clients.
