Port Clinton, OH -December 1, 2018 - Soderberg and Brenner CPAs, LLC, a firm of Certified Public Accountants offering consulting, attest services and tax compliance services specializing in small businesses and their owners, are pleased to announce that we have acquired the accounting firms of Dana Stahl CPA, Inc and John K. Krupp CPA, LLC. Dana Stahl and John Krupp are Certified Public Accountants practicing in the Port Clinton and Sandusky areas for over a combined sixty years. Both gentlemen have enjoyed long, successful relationships with their clients and have entrusted Soderberg and Brenner, CPAs to continue offering the same excellent service to meet those needs. As a result, Soderberg and Brenner CPAs, already with offices in Oak Harbor and Port Clinton, will add a third office in Sandusky located at 1604 E. Perkins Avenue, Suite 108. In addition, Soderberg and Brenner will be retaining the entire staff of Dana Stahl CPA, Inc. to continue to foster the successful relationships both Dana and John have enjoyed over the years. Clarence H. Streeter, CPA founded the firm that would eventually become Soderberg and Brenner, in the 1950s. To this day, Soderberg and Brenner has continued the excellent service its predecessor mandated, and the firm has enjoyed cultivating its business and personal relationships in the Ottawa, Erie and Huron county areas.
