Comprehensive Professional and Proposal Services (CP2S), a management and technology woman-owned small business, is based in the metro-DC area; with personnel located throughout the US. Our company was formed in 1992 as an engineering company working in the area of materials and process engineering, including technology transfer. In addition, we provide technical and management consulting support to high tech companies and government agencies. Currently we are a subcontractor for security systems for the EPA and US Army. In November 2013, we formed a new division, CP2S Security Services, which focuses on threat detection, training, materials and equipment for various areas, including but not limited to: emergency response management, CBRNE, radiological detection, EOD Operations, EOD Technical training, C-IED, Discreet Flow Security for transportation assets, Transportation Security, Exercise design and implementation, emergency airport operations, terrorism and high threat awareness, and threat reduction-abatement. This division features proven CBRNE subject matter experts, with extensive experience in the field for military and civilian operations.
