Coverluxe® was established by the Abramek family in 1995. Edward Abramek Jr., is the President and owner. Now commencing a third generation, Edward Jr's three sons Gary, Brian, and Gregory are actively influencing the direction and success of the business. Since its inception, Coverluxe® has provided covering materials to the book, stationery, and luxury packaging industries. Coverluxe® products complimented those being produced from its sister company Flock Tex Inc., a global leader in the flocked luxury packaging industry for over 35 years. Together both companies occupy more than 185,000 square feet. As an independent company, Coverluxe® continues to exercise its flexibility to partner with vendors and create materials to meet our customers' evolving product specifications. These actions have aided not only Coverluxe in its development of these listed products, but also the binding and publishing industries at large. This has given publishers and manufacturers new suppliers and materials to choose from, in industries once dominated by a handful of global providers. Increased competition and greater binding options ultimately benefit publishers, binderies, and the industry as a whole. Coverluxe® products are offered in the United States mill direct, and through designated distributors. Coverluxe® also provides its products overseas for publishers and manufacturers, through its agency network.
