I practiced law for more than 18 years, including as a BigLaw partner (where I grew and led a multi-million-dollar book of business I genuinely enjoyed). But a breast cancer battle clarified how I wanted to lead, serve, and use my experience going forward. That’s what led me here. Through my 26+ years in the legal profession, I’ve learned that the lawyers who thrive long-term aren’t the ones who grind the hardest or do the most. They’re the ones who lead their practices intentionally. With confidence in their value, clarity about how they build relationships, and the judgment to make trade-offs on purpose.
